Every apparently health-conscious person and company on my social media platforms seems to be obsessed with matcha. Influencers are snapping pics of cups of it in tea form (hi, Kylie), food mags are sharing matcha-infused dessert recipes (Food and Wine’s buttercream cake looks ah-maze), and Gwyneth Paltrow keeps on Goop-ing about it (well, obvi). So, naturally, as a GP enthusiast, as my Mode profile states, I’m curious about the new green on the block. Should I add it to my diet?
